Automatic chichen cage making machine production line
Chicken cages made from galvanized wire,here with hot galvanized wire and electric galvanized wires.
Cages length can be 1.2m 1.6m 1.8m ect,cage mesh opening can be 42mm*75mm customised made.
Automatic chicken cage production line can be divided in two following procedures:
1. wire straightening and cuttting machine for chicken cage
2. Wire mesh welding machines for chicken cage
3. wire mesh eages cutting machine for chicken cage
4. Wire mesh bending machine
5. wire hook bending machines
6. Semi automatic spot welding machines
7. Packing machine with plastic band
Straighening and cutting machine to make coils wires straight and cutting into specific lengths,such as 1.1m,1.5m,1,8m etc. We call this wires is pre-cutting wires
Feeding pre-cutting wires on wire mesh welding machine to weld into mesh panels.
There are two feeding hoppers on wire mesh welding machine to feeding different lengths pre-cutting wires.
Mesh panels be cut adges to make adges smooth on adge cutting machine.
Then bending welded mesh panels in to cage shapes,mesh panels have bottom panel and top panels from welded wire mesh machine,middle plate be welded on a mold by manual put wires and spot welded.
There is a semi automatic bending machine for middle plate frame.
There is a automatic bending machine for door hook bending.
Wire mesh panels,middle plate,doors connected with C clips by C clip gun.
